Estimating on demand
Takeoffs, labor units, burdened labor rates, material pricing, and a bid number you can defend. Send me the drawings; get back an estimate built the way I built my own — the ones that won work and kept margin.
You don't need to hire a full-time estimator to stop losing money on bids. You need someone who's put numbers on real jobs — travel centers, distribution centers, commercial buildouts — looking at yours before you sign.
The 15 minutes are free and stay free. Paid work only starts after we've scoped it together.

A second set of eyes on your number and your contract before it's binding. Scope gaps, exclusions you forgot, retainage terms, liquidated damages, lien-right traps. Cheap insurance against expensive signatures.
Pricing changes so they actually get paid — and backing you up when the GC pushes back. Documentation, markup structure, and the paper trail that wins the argument.
Job costing you'll actually check, a PM cadence that catches problems in week two instead of month four, SOPs your crew will follow, and the weekly numbers that tell you the truth about every job.
Sometimes you just need an hour with someone who's been in the seat — a hiring question, a GC relationship going sideways, whether to take the job at all. Book the time, ask the question, get a straight answer.
You tell me about the company and the problem. I tell you honestly whether I can help — and if I'm not the right fit, I'll say so on the call.
We agree on exactly what I'm doing, what it costs, and when you'll have it. No open-ended retainers, no surprise invoices. You'd expect the same from a sub.
Hourly or per-deliverable, invoiced direct. You keep the estimate, the documents, and everything we build — it's yours.
Why no rate sheet on this page? Because a one-time bid review and a six-month systems buildout aren't the same job, and pretending they are is how coaching programs overcharge you. You'll know the full cost before anything starts — that's the point of the call.
These aren't stock photos. They're jobs my crews estimated, roughed, trimmed, and closed out.

If your bids feel like guesses, or your jobs make money on paper and lose it in the field, that's fixable — and the first conversation costs you nothing.
